PROAmazonía has a climate change and REDD+ capacity building strategy that enhances capabilities, skills and abilities in key players. This process involves engaging with government personnel responsible for implementing REDD+ measures and actions at both national and local levels; capacity building in implementing partners or technical stakeholders on REDD+ concepts and the development of talents and skills within the community and local stakeholders or direct beneficiaries of PROAmazonía.
